As a registered BAS Agent, Equity Bookkeeping can prepare and lodge all of your Activity Statement requirements, and we do not charge any "Lodgement Fees" on top of our fee arrangements with you.
Additionally, if your business requires Payroll Tax lodgements, we can manage those for you also.
Year-end reporting requirements like Workcover, TPARs, and the like are also services we provide.
Consulting & External CFO
For clients who are more hands on with their own bookkeeping, or have a bookkeeper employee, we offer a consulting service where we can review your accounts, and advise on adjustments required, processes that could be improved, or training for you or your staff.
For larger businesses, we also offer an External-CFO service, where we manage the finance function of your business for you.

Hourly Rate
For varied work
If your requirements for your bookkeeping vary, an hourly rate is best for your business. Depending on the complexity of the work required and what experience level is required of our staff, we offer different rates to best suit the journey of your business.
Tailored Plan
Monthly Retainer
When your bookkeeping, consulting or external-CFO requirements are more regular and predictable, a monthly retainer for the services will suit you best. For an agreed on monthly investment, you have all your needs covered, along with the certainty of what it will cost you. Cost wise, this is "set and forget", and is popular amongst our regular clients.
Consulting
For one-off projects or consultations
If you have a specific need - say for your software set up, or a review of your business and financial processes - rather than ongoing assistance, we can offer a project fee to manage your task. The cost will vary depending on your requirements, which we will determine in discussions with you.
